Welcome to Green Yards Containers. By accessing our website, purchasing shipping containers, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms outline our policies regarding container grades, warranties, delivery, returns, cancellations, payments, and customer responsibilities.

1. Container Grades & Guarantees

Green Yards Containers provides lifetime customer support for all container grades for as long as you own the container.

• 1-Trip / New: 10-year structural and 10-year no-leak warranty.
• Multi-Trip (MT): 5-year structural and 5-year no-leak warranty.
• Cargo Worthy (CW): 5-year structural and 5-year no-leak warranty, with a guarantee to meet applicable marine-survey requirements.
• Wind & Water Tight (WWT): 5-year structural and 5-year no-leak warranty.
• Economy Grade (EG): 1-year roof-leak warranty.

Warranty coverage may be void if the container is modified or altered. Used container grades may show surface rust, dents, scratches, or previous repairs resulting from normal international shipping use. These cosmetic conditions generally do not affect the container’s grade or functionality.

2. Delivery

Delivery may be arranged through qualified third-party transportation providers. Customers must ensure that the requested delivery location is safely accessible.

Delivery timelines are provided as estimated business-day ranges and may vary due to transportation companies, depot availability, weather, or circumstances beyond Green Yards Containers’ control.

3. Returns & Buyback

Customers may request a return within 30 days, subject to approval and the applicable return conditions. The container must be returned in the same condition and without modifications.

Return transportation, delivery charges, and applicable restocking fees may apply.

Green Yards Containers may also offer a buyback program based on current market value and inspection of the container.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after purchase may be subject to a $500 cancellation fee, unless the cancellation results from a breach of these Terms & Conditions by Green Yards Containers.

5. Customer Pickup & Storage

Containers scheduled for customer pickup should generally be collected within 15 days of release confirmation. Storage charges may apply after this period.

6. Taxes & Charges

Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes, VAT, duties, levies, registration fees, and other government charges associated with the purchase or delivery of a container.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and jurisdiction specified in the customer’s sales agreement or invoice.
